About Us

About Us
Wildlife Welfare is a network of licensed, home-based wildlife rehabilitators serving Raleigh, North Carolina, and the surrounding communities. Since 1991, our dedicated local rehabilitators have provided expert care to approximately 2,000 injured and orphaned wild animals each year, offering them a safe place to heal and preparing them for successful release back into the wild.
Training and mentoring are also a core part of Wildlife Welfare’s mission, ensuring high standards of care and supporting the next generation of wildlife rehabilitators.
